I’m HHKB Professional Classic keyboard! My keys are clacky! They rattle and make thunk sound. This is what I like!

Not sure I like your vibe. Look at Realforce R2 limited edition. Its keys are firm and does not rattle. Why you not like that?

Perhaps the HHKB will grow on me. I really wanted another Realforce but could not find one online this time around. The keyboard is small with rubber feet. It stays put on the desk. It may prove useful for traveling.

I think I notice the supposed Topre rubber dome hardening with age. The keys of the older Realforce board feels stiffer. Both have 45 g domes. The major difference between them is the key rattling. There’s also a slient HHKB which is a bit more expensive. The company PFU Limited makes both boards.
